I-  Duties & Responsibilities:

a)  Business Development

· Developing a robust pipeline of opportunities and revenue streams.

· Working with partners(vendors and customers) to extend reach and drive adoption.

· Arranging events and campaigns (workshops, awareness, promotion, PR…etc.) to support sales.

 

b)  Customer Relations Management

· Promoting the image of the company by demonstrating professionalism, reliability and technical knowledgeableness.

· Expanding customers’ base by, proactively prospecting for new clients, conducting research to identify new accounts and customer needs and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the CRM system by providing updates on daily basis for accounts, leads, and activities (meetings held, calls and client interaction…etc.).

 

c)   Sales Management

· Managing the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospect through to closing sales.

· Negotiating quotations with customers, reviewing their feedback, and revising offers as needed, while adhering to Authority Matrix limits on pricing, discounts, and payment terms.

· Monitoring customers’ receivables to ensure collection targets are achieved.

 

II-  Position Expectation:

A-  Ensuring that monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and KPI’s set by direct manager are met (Sales, leads, customers’ base, collection…etc.) and mainly:

· Number of Leads and Opportunities

· Sales Target achievement

B-  Reviewing all proposals before submission

C-  Following-up on the resolution of customers’ problems and complaints

D-  Overseeing the project from inception until handing-over

E-  Follow up with sales team & Account Manager

F-  Coaching and training his staff members and making training recommendations

 

III-  Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education:

·  Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:

·  Prior experience in BDM role 5-7 years’ experience.

3. Languages:

·  Fluent in English, Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).

4. Technology:

·  Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word,Excel, PowerPoint and other analysis software.

5. Competencies:

·  Ability to sell ideas, products and services and a solid understanding of business and marketing principles.

·  A strategic and creative mind with strong leadership qualities to lead a team.

·  Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.

·  Excellentcustomer service skills.

·  Possess strongproblem-solving and prioritization skills.

·  Strongpresentation skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills andare adept at working with multiple stakeholders.

·  Technical skillsto understand and propose IT Security solutions to customers by focusing on theclient's requirements and needs.

·  Previouscybersecurity experience is a major plus.
